We dive into issues with the local jurisdiction, conflicts within the project contractors and get results. Services offered include; confidential mediations, dialogue facilitations, and collaborative group problem-solving.
On Site Consulting
May include site reviews, attending meetings with local jurisdictions, vendors, or contractors. We'll create and or review floor plans, site plans, attend and coordinate meetings and more.
We will review public case files and construction activity to provide you with progress reports, conduct site visits to check for or verify compliance with local jurisdiction stipulations, establish the feasibility or validity of a municipal process for lendors or homeowners.
Prepare due diligence reports for each municipalities entiltlement process.
